We want you and your dog to love your WagVenture gear. Try it, and if it isn't right for you, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

If you're not satisfied, return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Returned with all original packaging and tags
• Free from signs of damage or misuse

How to start a return

Email contact@wagventure.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us straight away and we'll make it right at no cost to you — including covering return postage.
